At PebbleCreek Home Services LLC, we strive to provide high-quality, reliable home services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellations by the Customer: Standard Appointments: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a late cancellation fee of $45.
Projects Requiring a 50% Deposit: For larger projects or estimates (over $300.00) requiring a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. If materials have not be purchased/ordered you may receive a partial or full refund, depending on preparation work completed.
2. Rescheduling: We understand schedules can change. You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge if notice is given 24+ hours in advance. Multiple reschedules or last-minute changes may result in additional fees.
3. Refunds for Services: Completed Services: Once a service is completed, labor charges are non-refundable. However, if you believe the work was not performed correctly, Contact us within 7 days of service, and we will return to inspect and correct the issue at no additional charge if it falls within the scope of the original work.
Material Costs: If PebbleCreek Home Services LLC purchased materials for your project: Unused, unopened materials may be refundable minus restocking fees, if accepted by the supplier. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy: If our team member arrives for a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property or is turned away a $45 no-show fee may apply. Services may need to be rescheduled at our next availability.
5. Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. You will not be charged any fees. We will reschedule your service as soon as possible.
6. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3β7 business days depending on your financial institution.
7. Estimates: Estimates over $300 require a 50% deposit before work begins. Projects over $1,000 may include progress payments. A minimum trip charge of $35 applies to each visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
For painting projects, customers are responsible for purchasing the paint unless otherwise stated in writing. PebbleCreek Home Services LLC supplies normal sundries and tools as part of the labor charge. Customers must provide safe access (gates, doors, codes, passes) and keep work areas reasonably clear, and notify us of any known issues that could affect the work. Quotes cover primer and up to two coats of paint and one color. Any additional are an extra charge.
Work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner and in accordance with applicable codes for the agreed scope. Any start or completion dates are estimates only and may change due to weather, material delays, or other factors beyond our control.
PebbleCreek Home Services LLC is insured but is not an insurer of the property. Customers must maintain their own homeowners insurance. We are not responsible for preβexisting conditions, hidden defects, normal wear and tear, or consequential damages (such as loss of use or inconvenience). Our liability is limited to the value of services provided, except as otherwise required by law.
Deposits may be nonβrefundable once materials are ordered or work is scheduled. If a customer cancels or significantly postpones after scheduling, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply, and the deposit may be applied to costs and reserved time already incurred.
This estimate and any related work are governed by Arizona law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing legal remedies.
This is an estimate only and does not create a contract until approved in writing (including by email) with any required deposit. Pricing is based on the described scope and may change if hidden conditions or additional work are found. Any changes in scope or price will be discussed and approved before we proceed.
